At Slugger Slow Pitch, we stand behind our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused equipment within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all bats remain in their original shrink-wrap and apparel tags are attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring bats are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
